  • How can I make payment on my account?
    Echo Online can take payment in several different methods. We have listed some of the more popular payment methods below for your convenience. You may also choose to have your account placed on one of our automatic payment options. With our automatic payment option, your account will be automatically billed to your preferred method of payment. You will no longer need to worry about making payments, receiving late notices or any other accounting issues.

    How do I check the hours I have used?
    To check your hours of usage for this month and the previous one, you can Click Here. Type your username and password, and click on Login. This will take you to the account information page. There you will be able to click:
  • Usage to check the hours used.
  • All Invoices to see all previous invoices.
  • Paid Invoices to see all paid invoices.
  • Unpaid Invoices to see all unpaid invoices.
  • Payments to see all payments maid on the account.
  • Addresses to see or change address information.
  • Phones to see or change phone numbers.
  • Change Password to change your existing password.

  • What is the difference between my username and password?
    The username is a nickname/login name used to identify you to our systems. It is also part of your email address; for instance if your username is smith then your email address is smith@eol.ca. Your password is what protects your account. It is your secret word that you must use when logging on to our systems as a means of verification. You should never give out your password and should make sure that it is difficult to guess. Good passwords contain a combination of the following:
  • Uppercase letters.
  • Lowercase letters.
  • Numbers.
  • Do not forget your password. Write it down and keep it in a safe place. Remember, your account is your responsibility; don't let others abuse it.

    How can I get a second email address?
    Getting your second email address can be done in a few easy steps:
    1. Decide on a username and password.
    2. Go to our Account Information Section and login using your username and password.
    3. Click on the button that says Email Addresses.
    4. Your account information will be displayed along with text that specifies whether you are eligible for a Free email account or not; if not, price/cost will be displayed.
    5. Now you can type in a new username and a new password to use for the email account you want to create.
    6. Once you have verified that all the information on this page is correct, click on the Create Email Account button. You will have to confirm your actions and if everything was ok, you will get a confirmation page. Otherwise, and error message will be displayed.
    7. Now go to our Email Support Section to view information on how to setup your email client.

    How do I cancel my Account?
    To cancel your account you need to send us a written notice either by:

  • Make sure you specify your name, address, telephone number, and username. We require this notice 30 days in advance.

    How can I change my monthly plan?
