Echo Online - Server Co-Location

Do you have particular needs for an Internet Server, but due to the high volume, custom nature of the design or for security reasons require more than a Virtual Host, but do not want to incur the added expense and/or complexity of a Dedicated connection? Co-Location may be the answer for you.

Co-Location involves the placement of a server at Echo Online, connected directly to our network backbone. Generally, you provide the server in working condition with an Ethernet Network Interface Card and Operating System already installed, and we plug it in to the Internet.

Starter Package (Plan A)

$99.99 Per Month - Includes 80GB's of Transfers Per Month (Approximately 1/4 Mb/s)

Server MUST BE in 1U or 2U Rackmount Format

Starter Package (Plan B)

$149.99 Per Month - Includes 80GB's of Transfers Per Month (Approximately 1/4 Mb/s)

Server can be a Mini-Tower

Basic Package (Plan C)

$199.99 Per Month - Includes 250GB's of Transfers Per Month (Approximately 3/4 Mb/s)

Server can be 2U Rackmount or Mini-Tower

Premium Package (Plan D)

$249.99 Per Month - Includes 325GB's of Transfers Per Month (Approximately 1 Mb/s)

Server can be 4U Rackmount or Mid-Tower

Professional Package (Plan E)

$499.99 Per Month - Includes 800GB's of Transfers Per Month (Approximately 2.5 Mb/s)

Server can be up to 8U Rackmount or Full-Tower

Set-Up Fee

$150.00 - Customer Possesses & Administers Domain
$300.00 - Includes Domain Registration & Domain Administration

Additional Bandwidth Fees

Bandwidth may be purchased in committed bloack quantities to reduce costs (i.e. $16.50 first 10 GB + $1.65 each GB over 10).

Fees are as follows, billed monthly:

Additional GB's - $2.00 per GB

Committing to 10 GB Blocks - $1.65 per GB

Committing to 25 GB Blocks - $1.55 per GB

Committing to 50 GB Blocks - $1.45 per GB

Committing to 100 GB Blocks - $1.35 per GB

Committing to 200 GB Blocks - $1.25 per GB

Visit Fees

Scheduled Visits During Regular Office Hours - $25.00 Per Hour (Two day advance notice required)
Unscheduled Visits During Regular Office Hours - $45.00 Per Hour
After Hours Emergency Visit - $200.00 Per Incident

Notes

Higher bandwidth requirements & scheduled visits outside office hours are negotiable.
Bandwidth is purchased as non-divisible blocks. Each Transfer period is calculated as a calendar month.
Connection medium is 10-Base-T Ethernet. Other connection media may require additional fees.
All plans include one (1) I.P. Address. Additional I.P. Addresses are available for a monthly fee.
Transfer charges are not prorated, to achieve the lower price, you must commit to the larger block at the beginning of the billing period.
Customer will be liable for any damage and/or administration required due to customer's equipment or software.

It is your responsibility to maintain the server, however if you should require a complete turn-key system, or would like us to maintain it, we can provide it for you at a competitive rate.
